yes it was all on MPC
I just put the AIR compressor on the sum, with slight compression only.

What I probably did was to load the final track in Audacity and adjust the overall volume to - 13 or so dB for the video.

Sometimes I forget this step, so I am not sure and all my tracks are somewhat different in perceived loudness etc.

Of course, the same thing applies to me in that the tracks I like may not necessarily be liked by other listeners.
Well, lately it seems like sometimes things are in focus.

Does 3. use a waveform that resembles a human voice?

3 uses only e-piano and many effects,
7 uses a Mellotron string sound, for some reason this sounds like voice in some tracks.

All the instruments are from the MPC One, and the Mellotron instrument and some others have
a formant control, where you can change the formants up and down, similar to a pitch shift.
This is not possible on a real Mellotron but a nice feature.
