pandora is just a multiband.
rhea is just a simple varimu stuff (by the way it seems to work well but i don't see the interest of 500 format for tubes... they are supposed to need super high voltage. i don't think tube designs should be designed in 500 format. i understand the price tag makes them interesting for many of us but it doesn't look convincing to me. looks like a solid state with two tubes in it if you see what i mean).
hyperion is a solid state eq.
tube eq is not a tube eq, like many others, it seems to be inductor eq with a tube stage, like the massivo the pultec etc.
i don't see anything original here. They are maybe not direct clones, but you see the exact same things in every manufacturers (and they are more or less pretty close from classic designs). I don't think choosing wes or any other audio brands will make a big changes in the sound. Apart from their digital recall capabilities. So if you want they are not clones, like warm audio or berhinger, because they don't look like that and sold like that, but actually you won't find much differences inside. They began by doing clones and now the brand evolved and have a certain reputation, so they don't need to do clones anymore to attract customers, so now on the outside, they design them for they look like wes products but i don't see anything special here.
It's not only wes, the whole industry is just reproducing the same designs again and again, nothing new, nothing fresh (with maybe few exceptions if you want). So i'm not saying they do bad things, but i don't think their designs really bring something exciting on the market; and seeing them constantly pushed and hyped on GS is just... over rated.
