Fair point, we wanted to test the US import procedure and cost so deviated from the list with our willing test subject, otherwise trying to follow it.

Making good progress with the orders, and today I'm visiting a supplier of precision metal parts to further speed up the production. Capsule building is still all by hand in house and we intend to keep it that way, but it helps to get parts milled to tight tolerances.
