Recently added a VIP-60 to the mic locker as well, but I feel like either way, the two mics are already different enough to own both. The Milab from my experience and based on the NU-24K demos will lean a bit more dry and natural whereas the NU-24K seems to lean a bit brighter.
I'd also be curious as to how the Nordic compares to other new mics in the price range like the Circle Audio EVO which is supposed to be a modern 251 rendition.
Two super different mics. The Milab VIP-50/60 is more like the NU-100k, full bodied condensers with a ribbon like top end. Different personalities but more in the same hemisphere. The NU-24K is a super vivid and boldly tuned mic with loads of personality and intensity like a classic tube mic, whereas the Milab stuff is generally very subdued and respectful in its tuning. I've never used the NU-100K but I'd be choosing between that and the Milab VIP 60 (which I have used and loved) if I wanted something like that.
I'm actually planning on getting a C12 capsule tube mic soon (though not a clone, with its own personality) to compliment the Nordic since they're very different sounding. Though, I wouldn't be unhappy if the Nordic was the only vocal mic in my studio.
