It's a bit different in the compressor family, even the most versatile ones can't replicate any style of compression. A good designer should have a look on that. An outboard comp that could replicate perfectly behaviour of all other comps from fet to varimu to vca, would be a good challenge. Just a strong research on attack, a FB/FF, lin/log release and control on the knee/slope, dialable color and that should do the trick. The titan is probably the one which is the closest to that.
Kush Tweaker
While i do think the kush tweaker is a great versatile comp, it's not a compressor that can replace all of them. No feedforward/feedback option, no control over the slope/knee of the ratio, no option to change attack and release in linear mode etc. If i detailed those specifications, it's because those options would help to mimic any other comp.
So while i think the kush tweker is in the top vca compressors as i stated in another thread, no compressors that actually exists can replace all others and mimic any other machine perfectly.
