I bought a Thermionic Phoenix Mastering Plus to mix through and it’s amazing!

Brilliant tracking comp too.

Also sounds fantastic smashing drums in a parallel. Whatever signal I put into it comes out sounding just that bit more magical and pleasing to the ear - what more can you ask of a hardware compressor - currently my favourite stereo vari-MU.

Expensive, but well worth the investment long term.
