I’m not entirely certain about the “poppy and modern” constraint, so you might not share my opinions on how much compression is appropriate.

Personal preference definitely plays a role.
Nonetheless, I already mentioned the vocal, and specifically the region around 2.5k.
Also, I’d like to hear more comp on the strummed acoustic and the banjo. In both cases, I’d be looking for more density. So, on the acoustic, that might mean a higher ratio, or a longer release time.
As for the banjo, I realize that it is a “plinky” instrument, but I’d be looking to either knock the transient back a little bit, or increase the sustain on the notes. I can’t say how much without playing with the individual tracks.
The drum buss would probably benefit from some “glue” compression- something that grabs the transient a bit and increases the sustain of the hits. An SSL style comp with attack of 1 or 3, and auto release is often a good solution. There’s a vid that explains that treatment well. Buddy uses the treatment in parallel, but that may not be the best choice in your particular case. (BTW, the Superior drums sound incredible with all the bleed turned on.)
I hope this is helpful.
