I would say hold off on updating/upgrading until they iron this one out. Seems like it was rushed, and probably could have done with some more intensive (and broader reaching) beta-testing from the looks of things.

For all the good that SW has done for me and how I work, I'll give them the benefit of an 'oopsie' and hopefully they get some hotfixes out pronto for everyone.

Still though, this kinda very much feels like manufactured obsolescence. I do wonder who this new product (is it really new, though?) is really intended for, as SW4 was, by all intents, already pretty great despite not being perfect (as were earlier versions of SW with the old features).

If I were a product developer (and I know you guys hang out here), I would not release a product unless I knew without a shadow of a doubt it would hold up to GS members scrutiny. Otherwise this is what happens.
