I would have went into more detail explaining my choice, but I've already done so in the actual Pulsar thread for their Mu plug-in.

Basically, when pushed, one behaves in a more analog-like way, while one remains fairly digital sounding. Both are very usable plug-ins though. As usual, the choice will depend on what the user wants and is trying to achieve with the use of either of those plug-ins.
