it seemed kind of redundant to make one, since they acknowledged already that it only receives on channel 1. The idea of making a video to sort of "prove" what I'm saying, when they're already agreeing with me, just seemed a bit much...

in any event I'm curious what other issues you've had with it? Have you had any positive results from your communications with them? I've always found them to be very pleasant to deal with, although it can take days to get a reply.
