Triumph, Myriad, Spectre, and Loop Editor have indeed been acquired. The contract is complete, the assets have been transferred, and the software is now being prepared for re-release – with the first priority to existing customers.

The only reason the software cannot be made available now is due to the fact that the new entity must first update the licensing system, which previously relied on a now defunct server operated by my former partner, in order for it to function again. It will not take long however.

The new company will be making a formal announcement and plans to re-release the software during the second half of May. I appreciate your patience and believe you will be very well served now that we have found a good new home for the products. Thank you again for your support and understanding!
