The more I think about it, the happier I am when I resist GAS
I am proud to state I resisted GAS for 2 or 3 months. My strategy is, before I buy, I open up DAW and load up a bunch of random stuff I haven't tried and then it kicks in and I realize I have all these software tools sitting in my DAW that I haven't used and don't know how the really work. So I get lost in checking out manuals and YT vids to see what it can do.
