Hi. NOV 2021 - shipped gear to the UK Last year for repair. On return days later, all was great - except DHL now wants to bill me for large Import Duties on the insured value of the gear - not duties on the repair.

Jan 2022 - UK Company said they would pay export / import duties to me.

JAN 2022 - DHL had to get the UK Company to redo their import / export systems. This was during a Global CV19 pandemic, as well as after major Holidays and the New Year 2021. People were not back at work until mid Jan 2022.

Feb 2022 - DHL took weeks to decide time restraints to change rebilling had expired!! Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks.

This week - told DHL Reseller to contact DHL Corp offices in Germany and if need to, Deutsche Post - DHL Parent Company.
