Waves ARS3? Does it give you a big bottom end?

I personally think the ARS3 gets a lot of unwarranted negative reviews especially considering that they Waves to a certain extent pioneered the speaker simulation part of things.
I see this headphone systems just like getting a pair of new monitors; regardless of specs or a level of mixing expertise they are going to require certain learning curve; I personally found ARS3 extremely useful within this context and still use it and get it to translate in a surprisingly accurate manner (as a person with Miami roots; yes; I can get the low end to translate with ARS3).
I'm a big fan of realphones. This particular solution is probably another great alternative within this rapidly changing space.
You got to give it to Slate; regardless of the price point and the headphone build as well as the comfort issues some people are experiencing for riding the wave while further ********izing the ability of anyone being able to get into mixing at an extremely reasonable price point with his teams solution.
Like I express previously I want to see the Waves counter punch; as they currently are tuning in to their customers needs and have the a&r budget to take things to a different level if they want to in my opinion.
Like anything in life these solutions are only as good as the talent and the set of ears behind the keyboard/controller; nothing more nothing less.
