GETTING THE UPDATE FILE
Please open/extract the downloaded "sh4d_sys_v200.zip" file on your computer to get the "sh4d_sys_v200" folder.
Please make sure you have unzipped the downloaded update file.

PROCEDURE FOR THE UPDATE
Caution
You must not rename the extracted file.
Never turn off the SH-4d's power while the update is in progress. Otherwise the system program or the SH-4d itself may be destroyed.
Please install the extracted system program file into your SH-4d according to the following procedure.

Make sure that the power to the unit is turned off, and connect the computer to the USB TYPE-C port.
Hold down [ SHIFT ] button and turn on the power.
The SH-4d drive appears on the screen of the computer.
Copy the update program ( SH4d_UPA_up.bin ) to the root folder of the SH-4d drive.
After copying the file is completed, remove the USB drive from the personal computer.
* Do not disconnect the USB cable after ejecting the USB drive.
With Windows
Right-click on the "SH-4d" icon in My Computer and execute "Eject."
With Mac
Drag the "SH-4d" icon to the Trash icon in the Dock.

Press [ SHIFT ] button.
Updating starts and the progress (%) is displayed on the display.
[ Turn power off ] appears on the display,the update has finished.
* It takes about 3 minutes for the update to complete.
Turn off the power.
